    • Verified concern, scanned for faults and found B005213 (Passenger Belt Buckle Malfunction). Tested receptacle and determined internal failure. Recommend replace passenger front seat belt buckle and retest.
    • Removed passenger front seat to access buckle assembly. Removed and replaced passenger front seat belt receptacle. Reassembled, cleared codes and recheck for proper operation, OK at this time.
    • Pressure tested cooling system to check for leaks. Found Left tank of radiator leaking. Recommend replace radiator. >>>>Also noted the left bank rear cam plug, oil filter housing and cooler as well as the cam magnets leaking some oil, recommend monitor moving forward
    • Removed engine covers to access radiator assembly. Drained cooling system then removed and replaced failed radiator assembly. Replenished with coolant, bled system and test drove to verify proper operation. OK at this time.
    • Change engine oil and oil filter. Perform basic safety inspection. Lubricate and check chassis. Check air filter and cabin filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Road test vehicle. Check for additional needed services and clear service reminder as needed.

    • Drain old/dirty transmission fluid and remove the transmission pan. Remove transmission valve body and replace upper fluid seals. Re install valve body, install transmission pan with integrated filter. and replenish transmission fluid with new to factory specs. Clean affected areas and test for leaks and proper operation.

    • Scanned vehicle for related faults and found: ISM – Intelligent Servo Module(Drive Train CAN Bus) U140A00 An Implausible Right Front Wheel Speed Signal Was Received. Current an ESP – Electronic Stability Program 5110 L6/2(right Front Speed Sensor) : Test Wiring/ Plug Connection. Current and stored We tested and found no signal through the sensor. Further inspection found the sensor not fully connected. We corrected, cleared faults, and verified operation.

    • We inspected the top and bottom of the engine and found a large leak from the fuel filter water sensor spilling fuel down in to the valley of the engine which drains out into the bellhousing and down the side of the engine block. We are unable to identify if there are additional leak sources at this time. >>Recommend replace the fuel filter, water sensor and filter hoses, clean area and recheck for leaks at the next service.

Steering Check steering: steering box, steering linkage, joint disc, threaded connections, freedom from leaks, tension of power steering V-belt.
