    • Remove engine covers to access, remove, and replace diagnosed faulty EVAP system purge valve. Re assemble vehicle, clear related codes, and test for proper operation.
    • Scanned vehicle for related codes and found: (068) 44 Solenoid valve, tank ventilation, activation Accessed indicated faulty purge valve and tested power/ground/signal -OK at this time. Tested resistance through solenoid and found it excessive. Valve does not appear visibly damaged, and likely failed internally. >>Recommend replace indicated faulty purge valve and retest.

    • Tested for customer concern and were unable to duplicate. We actuated mirror and all functions operated normally.

    • Vehicle was towed in. We tested and confirmed customer concern. We tested fuel pressure at the engine and found none. Removed rear seat to access and test fuel pump. Tested for power/ground/signal-OK at this time. >>Recommend replace fuel pump and retest.

Tested mass air flow sensor and found readings not OK. Inspected mass air flow sensor and found it recently replaced. Consulted with customer and learned he replaced sensor himself. We cleared codes and reset adaptions. OK at this time.

    • Inspected vehicle and did not find any cause for the steering wheel off center. We attempted to align the vehicle and found the tie rods seized. Will need to replace toe rods to perform alignment.
    • Remove and replace both left and right tie rod assemblies. Re assemble vehicle and test for proper operation.
    • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center ste
    • SPARK PLUGS – REPLACE – [Replace at 45000 miles, or when specified by the CBS.]
    • We scanned the vehicle for related codes and found: 29D1 Combustion misfires, cylinder 5 Removed engine cover to access and inspect ignition system Found the spark plugs appear to be original and worn. Plug service due at 90000 miles. >>Recommend replace spark plugs and retest.
