    • Vehicle was towed in. We inspected the vehicle when it arrived and found the coolant level low. Further diagnosis found the oil cooler to thermostat cooling hose has failed. Recommend replace cooling hose and retest.

    • Replace diagnosed leaking cooling hose from the oil cooler to thermostat housing. Include replace upper radiator hose. Replenish engine coolant, bleed system, and test for leaks and proper operation.

    • Remove diagnosed leaking radiator and replace with new (customer provided). Include replace engine oil cooler (customer provided). Replenish fluids, bleed system, and test for leaks and proper operation.
    • Remove and replace water pump and thermostat. Replenish coolant, bleed system, and test for leaks and proper operation. Include replace accessory belts and tensioners
    • Remove and replace diagnosed leaking valve cover gasket. Check valve clearances for any needed service, replace cover gaskets, and re assemble. Clean affected areas and test for leaks and proper operation.
    • Replace rear brake pads, sensors, and brake rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
    • Remove and replace drive shaft coupler/flex joint, and verify proper operation

    • we found main drive belt was missing due to failed water pump
    • replace water pump , drive belt and associated components. we tested alternator after completion and it put out 14.5v @ 120amps..ok We do find the instrument cluster has a can bus issue that causes many gauges to not work. We do not know how severely the engine was overheated. Hopefully no damage.
