    • Tested both door mirror operation and found the right operating normally at this time with no concern. We found the left mirror failed unfolding at the first try, but operated normally after that. Scanned the vehicle for related faults and found: 02117:006 Motor for mirror fold-in – Short circuit to B+ Passive/ Sporadic Suspect left mirror folding motor may be failing.
    • We tested and found all lights operating at this time. We scanned the vehicle for related faults and found: 02895:012 Supply for Left LED Parking Lamp/DRL Module -Electrical error in circuit Passive/Sporadic Suspect Left LED headlight assembly may be malfunctioning >>Recommend to monitor concern
    • Remove and reinstall four wheels and inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (90%) Rear (30%)

    • Started vehicle and drove into shop and heard a squeaking noise from the engine under load. Drain oil filter and oil pan. Found some small traces of swarf in the filter housing. Drained 10 quarts of oil into a bucket. Concerned the engine may have been damaged. Refilled the engine with the used oil and started the engine to find it still running very rough and misfiring mainly on cylinder 3. Swapped the coil, no change. Replaced the blackened spark plug and that restored cylinder 3 but cylinders 1, 4 and 6 were now registering misfires. >>Replaced all 6 spark plugs, erased faults, test drove and found the engine is now running well. >>Recommend engine oil and filter change.
    • Change engine oil and oil filter. Perform basic safety inspection. Lubricate and check chassis. Check air filter and cabin filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Road test vehicle. Check for additional needed services and clear service reminder as needed.

    • We scanned all systems for faults and found a code stored in the engine module: P0456 Evaporative emissions system, very small leak. There is a technical bulletin regarding this fault that directs us to replace the natural vacuum leak detection switch and the filter. Since there is a concern of a fuel smell while filling the tank, we may want to perform a manual evaporative system leak test to confirm there is/isn't a leak. We are not able to run a guided test of the evap system as this system does not utilize a leak detection pump. >>Recommend remove the right rear wheel liner, plug line at the filter, access the purge solenoid and test system for leaks with a smoke tester.
    • Performed further testing of the NVLD faults and found the fuel tank leaking from the roll over valve >>Fuel tank should be replaced to resolve.
    • Lower rear subframe and suspension to access, remove, and replace diagnosed faulty/leaking fuel tank with new. Re assemble vehicle, clear related faults, and test for proper operation.
    • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center ste
