- Inspected vehicle for cause and found the water pump / thermostat assembly leaking. >>Recommend replace water pump assembly and retest. During this inspection, we found the right axle disconnected / detached from the front differential. We did not find any cause, but the inner CV boot on the axle has been damaged. >>Recommend replace inner CV boot with new.
- Remove lower engine covers and accessories to access, remove, and replace diagnosed leaking water pump and thermostat with new. Re assemble engine, replenish engine coolant, and bleed system. Test
- Remove right axle assembly to access, remove, and replace damaged inner axle boot. Remove damaged boot, clean and inspect axle joint for damage, and replace boot with new. Repack joint with fresh grease and reinstall axle. Clean affected areas and test for proper operation.
