- Scanned vehicle for related faults and found: 002F6C DME: Exhaust-gas flap, activation Fault currently present 002DC3 DME: Monitoring, terminal 15 Fault currently not present 002E8D DME: Intelligent battery sensor, signal transmission Fault currently not present 002A16 DME: Fuel tank ventilation system and purge air system, micro-leak Fault currently not present 0029D2 DME: Combustion misfires, cylinder 6 Fault currently not present Tested and found uneven idle at cold start. Removed spark plugs and found cylinder 1/5 very dark. Either running rich or oil contaminated. >>Recommend replace all spark plugs and monitor Performed EVAP system self test and found no current fault. >>Recommend monitor Exhaust flap fault caused by after market exhaust/ not equipped.
- Remove and reinstall four wheels and inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front brakes appear new Rear brakes appear to have pads replaced, but rotors are reused and worn out. Feel OK at this time.
- SPARK PLUGS – REPLACE – [Replace at 45000 miles, or when specified by the CBS.]
