- Scanned for faults and found many concerning codes stored in the transmission module. >>Recommend remove transmission pan and inspect for a broken manual valve. Remove valve body to replace manual valve if needed. If manual valve and fluid level are OK, replace transmission.
- We found that the valve cover gasket is leaking badly and the valve cover plastic welds have failed as well. >>Recommend replace valve cover assembly with a new gasket.
- Found manual valve broken. Removed valve body, replaced manual valve, installed with a new filter, pan gasket and connector sleeve. Filled with fluid and transmission additive, erased faults and drove – OK.
- VALVE COVER – Remove & Replace –
- TRANSFER CASE FLUID – Drain & Refill, reset fluid life and erase fault
- Put fuel in fuel tank
- Fog light bulb – remove and replace
- Tail light bulb holder – remove and replace, right rear outer
