- Steering wheel vibration motor – Remove and replace
- Unbolted front seat and found that it was under tension and with the bolts removed the seat will move forward and back. Found that the left and right seat tracks were not correctly synchronized. Removed cable from the left track and found it out of place and slightly worn on the end indicating that it likely became disconnected but since it has a spring, it found its way back into place. Resynchronized the tracks and reinstalled the seat and found it working properly.
- Found a couple bulletins pertaining to incorrect CBS data but they did not spell out the same symptoms as we are having. Bulletins instructed sofware updates to the engine module and the instrument cluster. Performed both software updates, reset systems and checked for proper operation – OK at this time. CBS for the oil dropped from 8,000 miles to 7,000 miles. Monitor CBS values and report if issue is unresolved.
