- Inspected for cause of leak and confirmed the coolant pipes under the super charger is leaking.
- Remove and replace diagnosed leaking coolant outlet pipes Replenish engine coolant, bleed system, and clear related codes. Test for leaks and proper operation.
- Remove and replace rear cylinder head water pipe with new during water outlet service.
- Scanned vehicle for related faults and found: >P0299-00: Turbo/supercharger underboost- History >P0507-00: Idle control system speed higher than expected– History >P0505-22: Idle control system- signal amplitude above maximum- History >P2189-00: System too lean at idle (bank 2)- Intermittent >P2187-00: System too lean at idle (bank 1)- Intermittent Smoke tested intake system and found the crankcase vent valve on the right valve cover has failed, and allowing an air leak. Replaced failed vent valve and cleared related faults.
