- Vehicle started with considerable smoke from tail pipe. We scanned the vehicle for related faults and found: 120308 Charging pressure control, plausibility Pressure too low Intermittent 140010 Combustion misfires, several cylinders: detected Intermittent 140110 Combustion misfire, cylinder 1: detected Intermittent 140001 Misfire, several cylinders: Fuel injection is switched off Intermittent 140101 Misfire, cylinder 1: Fuel injection is switched off Intermittent 140510 Combustion misfire, cylinder 5: detected Intermittent 140501 Misfire, cylinder 5: Fuel injection is switched off Intermittent 140410 Combustion misfire, cylinder 4: detected Intermittent 140401 Misfire, cylinder 4: Fuel injection is switched off Intermittent 140310 Combustion misfire, cylinder 3: detected Intermittent 140002 Misfire, several cylinders: damaging exhaust gas after starting up Intermittent Removed engine covers to access injectors and ignition system Removed cylinder 1 spark plug for inspection and found it wet with fuel. Installed camera into cylinder and found a lot of liquid fuel. Tested injectors and found cylinder 1 injector has failed. >>Recommend replace bank 1 fuel injectors.
- Remove engine covers and accessories necessary to access, remove, and replace all fuel injectors with new. Re assemble vehicle, clean affected areas, and test for proper operation.
