- Scanned vehicle for related codes and found: C1A20-64: Pressure increases too slowly when filling reservoir. Commanded compressor on and it did not fill past 13 bar. Recommend replace suspension compressor.
- We scanned the vehicle for related codes and found: C1A48-01- Warning lamp circuit, signal lamp connection failure. Also has a restraint module fault: B00D2- 68-Restraint system malfunction control module warning lamp circuit. Instrument panel fault B1A14-96- Restraint control module warning lamp circuit. Cleared all faults for diagnosis and found only image processing module fault returned. Consulted wiring diagrams and checked related connectors and JBC and EPB and an intermediate connector C0376 located on frame rail. Airbag control module does not share any connectors. EPB status lamp wire goes to JBC then sends signal on CANBUS to IPC. Checked C0376, C0390, and C2178.-all OK at this time. Pin tested from EPB to JBC and found no loose connections. Updated software in cluster and found symptom still persists. Still a slim possibility of a wiring fault from CJB to EPB. Would need 3-4 hours to test.
- Remove and replace diagnosed faulty suspension air compressor. Clear related codes and test for proper operation. Please note Compressor silencer cover will not fit over aftermarket compressor.
